Role and Responsibilities         Oversee dispatch         Oversee that boxes/materials are ordered and inventory is full         Write up contracts         Monitor trucks on GPS ensuring they get to jobs on time - staying in touch with customer.         HR - finding helpers and drivers         DOT (Department of Transportation) paperwork         IFTA (fuel tax) Sheets paperwork          Electronic truckers log (ELD) paperwork         Truck fleet - serviced and maintained         Handle claims          Review gas statement         Being point of contact with designer's and managing related logistics          Warehouse related issues         Oversee storage software         Monthly storage audits         Overseeing pieces we receive from designer's          Calling customers the day before and after a job.         Stopping in on jobs          Introduce crew to customers at the start of a high-end job.          Emailing customers to write reviews on Google/Yelp/Angies list         Send thank you email's to referral sources          All customers and referral sources need to be added to the newsletter         Inside sales - inbound phone calls          Out side sales - in home estimating         Networking groups - (example:BNI)      Additional Notes         Medical Benefits, 401K, Paid Time Off         Salary range 80k-100k based on experience     Opportunities for additional revenue  Commission for business development efforts

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
