As a Senior Reliability Engineer in Mount Vernon, IN, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering maintenance excellence activities across assigned facilities and utility systems to deliver both cost savings, energy reductions, improved uptime, and improved overall equipment and systems reliability.Business Owner of the site Reliability and TPM processes.Development of assigned system(s) Master Plans to tie in with overall Site Infrastructure Master Plan.Utilizing appropriate contracting strategies with OSPs to deliver value improvements for the business in both maintenance and capital project arenas.Responsible for the overall monitoring of processing, packaging, and facilities assets through the use of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program.Responsible for ensuring product quality and maintaining the highest standards in compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations.
As System Owner for assigned systems, deliver maintenance excellence across assigned systems and serve as systems Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Interface with Regulatory Agencies and Internal AZ Auditors; including understanding and ownership of applicable inspection deliverables.
Leads and Maintains the RCM program that includes all testing, monitoring, and analysis of assets to determine and implement appropriate preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Responsible for RCM maintenance, including work scheduled on a specific time frame or based on predictive analysis and detailed through documented job steps to prevent business disruption to site, equipment, production processes, research, or individual mission performance.
Provides reliability strategies, training, and tools for maintenance and operation organizations, to maximize the availability of all assets; develops and maintains a rolling plan for all assets.
Performs documented Root Cause Analyses and Failure Modes and Effects Analyses.
Provides and manages support for predictive maintenance technologies such as IR Thermography, Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis and Ultrasonic Analysis.
Establishes equipment criticality ranking and applies PM and PdM tools to critical equipment; eliminates or adjusts scheduled PM activities based on PdM information.
Leads teams to establish spare part criticality matrix and ensure inventories levels are determined thru reliability efforts.
Interfaces with capital and expense projects to engineer Reliability on the design of the equipment.
Business Process Owner for asset management collaborating with Finance and other departments to ensure asset register is maintained and obsolete assets are inventoried, assessed, written-off, and disposed in accordance with applicable procedures.
Provides maintenance plans and information for annual budgeting.
Uses computer systems including, but not limited to, e-mail, SAP PM, and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Database.
Optimization of PM program including creation, scheduling frequency and Conditioned Based Maintenance Program.
Conducting failure analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborating with Sr. Building & Reliability Manager to ensure appropriate individual and team goals are in place.
Supporting Sr. Building & Reliability Manager in ensuring technical training plans are in place and implemented for mechanics and technicians for assigned systems and capital projects.
Participates in the Facilities Management and Engineering on-call program as required.
This is primarily a day shift role; however, as this role is accountable for multi-shift activities, there is a requirement to periodically work off-shift and weekend shifts to engage all FME personnelin continuous improvement and system ownership activities.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific or industrial discipline.
Training or experience in reliability-centered maintenance, predictive analysis technologies, failure mode effects analysis, and root cause analysis.
Solid organization, problem solving and decision-making.
Solid team work and communication skills (oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Advanced technical degree or professional certification
Experience of working in a Lean environment
Minimum 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of GMPs

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
