We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with orders, refunds, or exchanges - Upsell products and services to increase revenue - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or sales leads - Perform data entry to update customer records - Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality Skills:
