Finance Manager
CFS is partnering with a local Charter School to add a Finance Manager to their team! Some of the responsibilities for this Finance Manager include:
Prepare tuition invoices for school districts, prepare applications for state and federal aid in a broad range of educational technology (hardware and software), student meal service, and Special Educational services. Conduct bank and other Reconciliations; audit and quality assure posting of revenues and expenses. Support business expansion as this Charter School prepares to roll out additional grade levels. Monitor bank balances to assure liquidity and maximize interest income. Assist auditors and consulting service in resolving questions related to grant reporting. Manage day to day oversight of bank deposits, transfers, and payments. Link A/P batches to vendor records and G/L in QuickBooks to ensure transparency in documenting payments and accuracy in reporting. Adhere to closing calendar. Manage 401K program; monitor deductions from employee paychecks and assure correct remittances to 401K carrier. Assist staff with enrollment and inquiries. n Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
