Weekly pay via Direct Deposit Medical, Dental, and Vision Available 401K JOB SUMMARY Train end users the practical skills needed to carry out work-related tasks and ensure training requirements meet appropriate training track for new users Attend all required meetings and training Maintain training calendar, including student, room, and instructor assignments Administering post-live re, optimization, and skills-enhancement training Providing support and troubleshooting issues that arise in the training environment Opportunity to support end users with at-the-elbow go-live support Planning how to deliver new information about the system to end users before upgrades JOB REQUIREMENTS 2
years experience working in healthcare environments as a Epic Credentialed Trainer or 5
years of experience as At-The-Elbow support Other applicable
Experience:
Beaker - Anatomic Pathology (AP) & (CP), Cadence, EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Clin Doc, Grand Central, Prelude, OpTime, Anesthesia, Resolute Hospital Billing, Stork, Inpatient Willow, Inpatient Provider, Cupid / Radiant Ability to go onsite 5 days per week in the New Rochelle, MtVernon, Yonkers area of New YorkThere will be 4 weeks of Credentialing, 8 weeks of Classroom Training and 1 week of Just in Time training Excellent presentation skills Digital literacy across an array of digital toolsAbility to use technology independently and strategically Adaptability/flexibility:
Trainers work in a world of frequent change and need to quickly adapt to updates in the curriculum and the training environment Capacity to manage multiple competing objectives and to clearly communicate results Must demonstrate excellent spelling and grammar in all written materials Excellent customer service skills Exceptional time management skills Accuracy and attention to details PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Undergraduate Degree Experience in the following:
