NYC - Mount VernonI've teamed up with a mechanical contractor in the heart of NYC.
Specializing in mechanical systems for commercial buildings, doing boilers, chillers, VRF and piping; there main focus is in heating and air-conditioning.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Reviews all bidding documents, plans, schedules, and budgetsSupervise and guide Assistant Project Managers - working closely to address any technical issues -all whilst giving ongoing communication to clients on project updatesSchedule and oversee heating, plumbing, mechanical installation crews and subcontractorsTrack project budgets on both labor and materials to ensure project is completed within budget.
Estimate change orders for active projects and work with the customer for approvals.
Work with vendors and suppliers to procure the appropriate equipment and subcontracted services to ensure that all conditions of contract documents are identified/accounted for.
Experience:
5 years experience in MEP doing HVAC - design to installation5 years in Project Management (ideally)Experience in boiling systems for heating and ACExperience with fans, cooling systems, chillers and hydronic boiler systemsExperience in plumbing for heating and AC units

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
