Are you ready to take your career in construction to the next level? We are an industry-leading construction company seeking an experienced Permanent Concrete Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a particular focus on concrete, masonry, drywall, and renovation projects.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our concrete projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Concrete Project Manager, you will:
1.
Manage all phases of concrete construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2.
Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
3.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, contracts, plans, and specifications.
4.
Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
6.
Coordinate and oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
7.
Resolve any on-site issues or disputes, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
8.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
9.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
10.
Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project strategies and timelines.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Concrete Project Manager, you must have:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial, concrete, masonry, drywall, and renovation projects.
2.
Proven experience as a project manager, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
3.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate large teams.
5.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues and disputes effectively.
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
7.
Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9.
Certifications in project management, safety, and other relevant areas are a plus.
